I had an amazing experience here! My side mirror was broken, and I fully expected to pay $100–$150 just for the installation. The owner/mechanic was extremely kind, patient, and welcoming. He fixed and reinstalled the mirror right on the spot and didn't even ask for a dime! You don't see this kind of honesty and high-level service very often. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be coming back for any future needs!

The team at Maaco in Long Beach was amazing! I got my car hood and roof painted recently and it turned out well. When I picked up my car, Jose offered to clean up my headlights as an extra service which I so appreciated! Would definitely recommend this location.

Our experience with Maaco was extremely easy, got an initial estimate and when we returned the car it was completed within the week. My daughter loves the newly painted version of her car. Customer service was excellent and the process was explained thoroughly.

José provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain every detail of the estimate, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the process. I truly appreciated his professionalism, patience, and honesty. It's not often you receive this level of customer care. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for excellent service.

Im seeing a lot of flaws on the recent painting of my 2014 Civic Sedan. Portiion of bumper painting is not prepared fully prior to painting. Im seeng some paint bubles bulging that may cause paint peeling.
